This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed on our VENANIA website for delivery addresses within the Philippines. All jewelry items shown on our store are available for shipping unless marked as out of stock or pre-order.
- Order Processing Time After your payment is confirmed successfully, we will start order verification, product quality recheck, packing and handover arrangement. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and official Philippine public holidays. Pre-order items will have separate stated processing lead time shown on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if the product is unexpectedly unavailable after payment.
- Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time We cooperate with reliable local courier service providers covering most regions across the Philippines. Standard shipping normally takes 3–7 business days after the parcel is dispatched. Remote provinces and island areas may require longer transit time of 7–12 business days due to logistics limitations. Once your package is shipped out, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address. You can track the parcel status using the tracking information provided.
- Shipping Fees Shipping cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time according to campaign rules. Free shipping terms are subject to the specific promotion notice at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Notes & Risk Please make sure your shipping address, recipient name and contact number are accurate and complete when placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to delivery delay, parcel return or loss, and related extra costs will be borne by the customer. The courier will attempt delivery to the address you provided. If the parcel is marked as successfully delivered by the carrier tracking system, VENANIA is not responsible for subsequent loss or theft of the package. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, extreme weather, courier service suspension, port congestion or government logistics restrictions.
- Customs & Import Our website mainly serves buyers located in the Philippines. If you place an order for delivery outside the Philippines, you shall be responsible for any applicable import duties, local taxes and customs clearance formalities required by your destination country.
